Engage PEO Expands Into New England Market with the Acquisition of GenesisHR Solutions
Fort Lauderdale, FL, USA – November 29, 2022 – Engage PEO, a leading professional employer organization (PEO) providing HR outsourcing solutions to small and mid-sized businesses across the U.S., is pleased to announce it has merged with Genesis HR Solutions, a Burlington, Massachusetts-based PEO. The merger enhances Engage’s growing national position by bringing a premier, service-oriented New England PEO with a strong set of Massachusetts clients into the Engage family of companies.

Genesis HR Solutions will retain its brand name and become an Engage company. GenesisHR’s Burlington, MA office will remain as a joint center of New England operations for the companies.
Jones Day acted as legal advisor to Engage PEO in connection with the acquisition. Akerman acted as legal advisor to Genesis HR Solutions. McHenry Consulting acted as an advisor to GenesisHR Solutions in this transaction.
